    Dr. Kehinde 'Kenny' Bademosi

    Founder & Chief Imagination Officer of the Orange Mind

    Kenny founded Orange Academy to reimagine storytelling that makes people feel seen and inspires them to act. A former Creative Director at DraftFCB Lagos and Director of Social Innovation and Communications with the Baltimore City Health Department/Johns Hopkins.

    He also created and manages Penta’s Brighter Future Award, which convenes over 300 scientists biennially in Europe.

    At Orange, he teaches the 12×34 Storytelling Framework, Personal Branding, and leads the Humans in Conversation global storytelling lab

    Chisom Ohuaka

    CEO & Guardian of the Orange Mind

    Chisom is a founding partner of Orange Academy. Considered the “logic” to Kenny’s “magic,” he brings an MBA-trained, operations-focused background, overseeing the day-to-day affairs of staff and faculty. Chisom is also a published poet who regularly convenes Loud Thots, one of Lagos’s oldest open-mic spoken-word events.

    Lampe Omoyele

    Provost & Mentor of the Orange Mind

    In addition to being the Academy’s Provost, Lampe is our faculty lead for Positioning and Mapping a New Product Strategy.

    He is the author of Brand or Be Bland, a book on personal branding.

    Lampe is a Chartered Marketer (UK) with over 20 years’ experience leading multinational brands across Africa, including senior marketing roles at GSK, Zain, Nutricima, and Cadbury.

    He is currently the CEO of Nitro 121, an advertising agency in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Bola Akanbi

    Lead Faculty & Shaper of the Orange Mind

    In addition to her leadership role as Lead Faculty, Bola is the principal lecturer in Media Strategy, Planning & Buying. With over 18 years’ experience managing top local and global brands, she previously served as Managing Director at a leading media-buying agency within the Draft FCB network.

    Femi Odukoya

    Imagination Officer, Operations & Public Relations Officer of the Orange Mind

    Oluwafemi is a Brand & PR consultant crafting sociocultural brand experiences. He builds narratives that stick and campaigns that click—from punchy headlines to crisis-proof strategy—bringing meaning, not noise. An Orange Academy alumnus and Principal Consultant at W7 Signatures, he’s a member of NIMN, NIM, and NIPR.

Meet Our Faculty: IBX

  • Dr. Bamigbaiye-Elatuyi Omotola

    Dr. Omotola, an accomplished author, serves as the faculty lead for Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Strategy at Orange Academy.

    With leadership roles at Pladis, Diageo, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Mondelez, and major Nigerian banks, she brings deep expertise in market strategy, customer experience, and consumer insights across West Africa and the Gulf region.

    Toheeb Dele-Balogun

    Toheeb leads and examines portfolios for Creative Thinking and Storytelling at the academy.

    He is a Nigerian-born writer and creative entrepreneur who brings over a decade of award-winning expertise in advertising and communications to his storytelling.

    Toheeb is the co-founder of The Hook Creative Agency, one of Nigeria’s foremost advertising agencies, and the creator of The Burnt Stories, a multimodal project of literature, visual art, and performance, under which he authored the book Don’t Tell These Stories.

  • Idiare Atimomo

    Idiare is a faculty lead of Cost Centers, Budgets, and Brand Planning at the academy.

    He is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Up in The Sky Ltd, an advertising agency which has won local and international advertising, film, and marketing effectiveness awards. He is a Chartered Marketer and Cannes Lions 2019 Speaker

  • Esosa Osagiede

    Esosa is a faculty member of Creative Thinking and an examiner at Orange Academy.

    As a Creative Director at Insight Publicis and a Cannes Lions See It Be It alumna, she has nearly two decades of award-winning advertising experience, leading bold, top-of-the-mind campaigns that push boundaries.

  • Tunde Owoeye-Phoster

    Tunde teaches Storytelling, Copywriting, and Advertising at Orange Academy.

    Founder of Phoster Solutions and co-founder of CarPaddy.com, he blends creativity, logic, and digital expertise to craft big ideas and inspire the next generation of storytellers.

  • Yomi Martyns

    Yomi, a faculty lead, Research and Numbers That Really Matter at Orange Academy.

    As the ex-Director of Strategy & Account Planning at Centrespread, he is recognized for his deep consumer insights and sharp analysis, which guide brands to success.

  • Tomi Ogunlesi

    Tomi is a faculty lead of Brand Strategy and Go-to-Market Strategy at Orange Academy.

    Tomi is an integrated marketing professional with experience across FMCG, tech, finance, and aviation in Nigeria and South Africa. He has built and guided brands for global and local market success.

  • Oyindamola Fakile

    Oyindamola facilitates Design Thinking at the academy.

    She is the Executive Creative Director at Flow, crafting culture-shaping campaigns for MTN, Arla Foods, Spotify, and Airtel. Named WIMCA’s Most Outstanding Creative Director in 2022, she has led award-winning teams at TBWA, McCann, and Godrej; served on juries for LAIF, Pitcher Awards, New York Festivals, NCL; and is a board member at LAIF, where she serves as the head of the Tech Committee. 

    She is also the Founder of Hello Creative, a community nurturing Africa’s next generation of creatives.

  • Franklin Ozekhome

    Franklin is a founding faculty member of Trend Spotting and Culture and an examiner at Orange Academy.

    He is the Founder of Maskvrade and POKV®—Pop Culture Varsity —and advises brands on emerging trends, cultural insights, and marketing innovation, shaping Africa’s creative and commercial future.

    Kayode Olowu

    Kayode is Faculty Lead and Examiner in Creative Thinking and Management at Orange Academy.

    A proud alum of the Academy, Cannes Lions juror, and founder of One Wild Card, he has led creative strategy and execution for indigenous and global brands across Africa and Europe.

    Haneefah is an award-winning tech community builder who grew Ingressive for Good’s network to 250,000+ across Africa and previously served as a Talent Success Manager at Andela.

    Named CMX Community Manager of the Year, she co-founded LASU Developers and the Hayas Foundation, and writes the widely read I4G newsletter.

    As an MBA candidate, she combines program strategy, partnerships, and storytelling to drive social impact.

    Ugochukwu is a faculty lead and examiner of Digital Marketing at Orange Academy.

    Ugo is an award-winning strategist and alumnus of the academy. He has led digital activations for top brands, including Pepsi, Parallex Bank, Avon, Diamond Bank, and Seplat, and is a sought-after speaker and trainer across Africa.

  • Stanley Chinedum

    Stanley is a lead facilitator of brand identity and campaign strategy.at Orange Academy.

    He is a dynamic Creative Lead and Art Director with a proven track record of building powerful brand identities and driving growth for fintechs, lifestyle brands, and tech startups across Africa.

    Through his work at Estan Creatives and other independent projects, he merges strategic storytelling with visual excellence to deliver campaigns that connect and convert. Featured on platforms like Ads of the World, Stanley’s creative leadership goes beyond execution.

    He’s passionate about raising the next generation of African creatives through thoughtful design, intentional mentorship, and purpose-driven storytelling.

    Oladipupo Oluwaseun

    Ola is a faculty member of Brand Identity Design at the academy.

    He is a distinguished First-Class graduate in Philosophy and a top-tier creative designer with a global footprint.

    His design expertise spans both national and international brands, including Netflix, Smirnoff, Oando, Indomie, Kellogg's, BetKing, and Glovo, among others.

    Beyond his creative work, Oluwaseun is passionate about mentorship and education, consistently sharing his knowledge to teach and inspire the next generation of thinkers and creators. 

  • Ebenezer "Allan Poser" Falodun

    EBENEZER teaches Brand Identity Design at Orange Academy. A brand designer–strategist with over 10 years of experience, he has led teams and developed visual identities and multi-channel campaigns.

    As a Design Lead at Men Art Work, he has delivered results for Providus Bank, Ripe Creatives, AMFEST, and the African Philanthropy Forum—turning complex objectives into memorable narratives that drive conversion and loyalty.
