We’ve always believed that storytellers shape the world—not just by what they say, but by what (and who) they choose to make visible. Throughout history, major figures have hired message-makers and spin doctors to shape how we perceive the world.

At Orange, we believe in training storytellers who use that same power—for good.
We want them working in our governments, our brands, our classrooms, our public health systems.

I witnessed this need firsthand during the COVID-19 pandemic.
When science was still searching for answers, storytellers stepped in to fill the void.
They helped the world understand the importance of mask-wearing, social distancing, and later, vaccination. They shared stories of compassion, community, and care —stories that helped save lives.

From New Zealand to Nigeria, Zambia to Zoom, it wasn’t just science that brought us back from the edge. It was the way those stories were crafted, shared, and believed.
